Chongqing selects outstanding design works through events such as the “Smart Expo” Industrial Design Competition, China (Chongqing) Agricultural Products Industrial Design Competition, Jinwa Award, and the “Chongqing Design 100” competition.

It also encourages companies to participate in prestigious domestic and international design competitions, including the China Excellent Industrial Design Award, IF Design Award (Germany), Red Dot Design Award (Germany), IDEA Design Award (USA), Good Design (G-Mark) Award (Japan), and Singapore Good Design Award (SG-Mark). This has resulted in a multitude of excellent design achievements.
