The demand for commuting in Chongqing has given rise to the cable car as a transportation mode with unique regional characteristics. The design gives a modern twist to this traditional mode of transportation, providing a unique transportation experience for touring the mountainous cityscape and becoming part of the contemporary fashion landscape in its own right. Exteriorly, the combination of hanging footstool roof frames and diamond facets illustrates the unique urban charm of the fusion of traditional mountain city culture and modern Chongqing fashion.
