Agricultural Heavy-Duty All-Terrain Vehicle: A Domestic Icebreaker – Dilingchi All-Terrain Vehicle

The global all-terrain vehicle market has long been dominated by overseas brands, with domestic players largely focusing on the mid-to-low-end recreational segment. A market gap exists for 15-30 horsepower agricultural heavy-duty models. Leveraging the deep technical expertise of Aerospace Bashan Motorcycle Company, Dilingchi has successfully transitioned into the general machinery sector, launching its first new energy electric intelligent control all-terrain vehicle.

Dilingchi targets the needs of hilly areas, orchards, and farmland in western China, as well as small and medium-sized overseas farms, focusing on the 15-30 horsepower range. The company adheres to a design philosophy of “practicality first, safety and reliability, full-terrain adaptability, and energy-efficient self-development.” The frame, chassis, and powertrain are all built to industrial-grade heavy-duty standards, featuring a space-truss integrated frame with reinforced main longitudinal beams, achieving a load capacity of 500-800kg. The low-center-of-gravity chassis design effectively reduces rollover risk, ensuring stability on steep slopes, field ridges, and gullies. The company has developed a proprietary intelligent digital electronic control system, incorporating battery management, hill-start assist, and undervoltage protection, ensuring efficient coordination between the motor and battery, significantly extending range and enhancing operational safety. Currently, annual product sales exceed 20 million yuan, with exports accounting for 75%, reaching markets in ASEAN and Eastern Europe. The vehicle has become a domestic benchmark in its niche, successfully breaking the foreign monopoly in the small agricultural ATV segment.

The 60kg “Mountain Light Cavalry” – Zongshen 1WGQD4.3 Micro Tiller

In southwestern China, where mountains are steep and plots are fragmented, traditional agricultural machinery faces significant operational constraints. Zongshen General Machinery’s “Mountain Light Cavalry” 1WGQD4.3 micro tiller is designed to effortlessly handle various complex terrains.v

The 1WGQD4.3 micro tiller follows the design philosophy of “machines adapting to the environment, equipment serving the user.” Its lightweight design results in a net weight of just 60kg, making it highly suitable for working on irregular plots and narrow fields in hilly and mountainous areas. The equipment features Zongshen’s self-developed multi-stage reduction gear set, utilizing an all-gear transmission structure combined with wet friction plates and a QT450 ductile iron walking gearbox. The transmission components are compact and streamlined, making the machine light and nimble. It supports single-wheel assisted movement and can be carried in a backpack basket for transport on narrow paths, effectively improving farming efficiency and ease of operation. To date, sales of this model have exceeded 10,000 units, covering major agricultural machinery markets in over ten provinces and municipalities, including Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Zhejiang, and Shaanxi.
