Sichuan Fine Arts Institute Yuelai Campus Starts Construction Today

On the morning of August 29th, the construction ceremony of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute Yuelai Campus was successfully held at the Chuangyi City of Yuelai International Exhibition City. Luo Lin, member of the Chongqing Municipal Committee and secretary of the Liangjiang New Area Party Working Committee, attended the event and announced the official start of the project.

The Yuelai Campus of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute is located in the Chuangyi City of Yuelai International Exhibition City, adjacent to Yuelai Village, with a total construction area of 179,000 square meters. It will be built in two phases, including classrooms, student canteens, student dormitories, teacher dormitories, administrative offices, sports facilities, art galleries, academic exchange centers, laboratories, libraries, and other auxiliary supporting projects.

The school plans to enroll students in the fall of 2026. After completion, it will cultivate 2,000 high-level talents in undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs, and is committed to becoming a high-level talent training base for international design education, a secondary administrative management center of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, and a design and creative industry center.
