Chongqing, China — The curtain rises on the 2nd Huahe Cup “IIZI” National AI·IP Creative Design Competition, together with the inaugural “1121 Designers’ Day”, marking a new milestone for China’s design and cultural innovation sector.
Positioned as a national, industrialized, and international benchmark for AI-driven IP creative design, this year’s event integrates original design, IP incubation, commercial transformation, and global communication. Guided by the principle of “Design as an Asset, Creativity Can Be Estimated,” it aims to empower designers with technological innovation and transform creativity into measurable economic value.

The competition introduces the “Trinity Ecosystem” — combining AI empowerment, IP creation, and Designers’ Day celebration.
Through competitions, exhibitions, and industry festivals, it builds a dynamic platform for creative talents to connect with investors, brands, and incubation partners. Excellent works will enter the IIZI incubation pool, supported by blockchain-based copyright confirmation, AI-assisted creation tools, and multi-channel commercialization pathways.
Relying on Chongqing’s strong industrial base and its designation as China’s first “City of Design” in western China, the Huahe Cup aims to establish a national hub for original IP and cultural innovation, contributing to the city’s growing creative economy worth over 200 billion yuan.
This year’s theme highlights the economic and cultural value of design.
Designers are encouraged to treat their works not merely as artistic expressions but as intellectual assets—verifiable, tradable, and sustainable through digital technologies such as AI and blockchain.
By connecting creativity with commercialization, the competition helps transform design achievements into cultural capital that drives industrial growth.
The competition is guided by:
China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity Administration Bureau
Chongqing Jiulongpo District Government (Commerce, Culture, Tourism, and Big Data Bureaus)
Hosted by:
Media Art Professional Committee of Chongqing Vocational Education Society
Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications
Chongqing Arts and Crafts School
Huazhi Future (Chongqing) Technology Co., Ltd.
Chongqing Hua’er Travel Culture and Art Communication Co., Ltd.
Supported by over 50 universities, Hong Kong innovation institutions, and major enterprises across China and Southeast Asia, the event demonstrates broad cross-border collaboration in cultural and technological innovation.
1. Authoritative Jury Panel:
The judging committee includes masters of design, artists, economists, scholars, IP incubators, and brand leaders to ensure professional, fair, and transparent evaluation.
2. Full-Chain IP Incubation:
From Design → Ownership Confirmation → Valuation → Incubation → Commercialization → International Promotion,
the event establishes a complete innovation pipeline. Shortlisted entries receive blockchain certification, valuation reports, and opportunities for industrial cooperation via the IIZI Designer Platform.
3. AI and Blockchain Empowerment:
Designers are encouraged to leverage AI tools to enhance creative efficiency. All entries can undergo blockchain-based copyright registration, ensuring originality and fair competition.
