Shenzhen | City of Design since 2008

Shenzhen is a prefecture-level city in Guangdong Province, China. Designated as a special economic zone by China’s State Council, Shenzhen, a national economic center and a national innovation-oriented city, is one of the core engine cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. With a large number of globally influential designs, Shenzhen is the first city in China to be awarded the title of “City of Design” by UNESCO.
