Touching the Future in Chongqing Episode 2 | Humanoid Robots Enter Factories to “Tighten Screws”: Tackling Complex Non-Standard Working Conditions

Loncin, Shanghai Zhiyuan, and Yongchuan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission are building a humanoid robot factory in Chongqing, aiming to produce 10,000 units this year, with 3,500 entering motorcycle production lines. Starting with screw tightening, robots will learn in real industrial environments, addressing automation cost and labor dependency challenges.
