Chongqing has built a comprehensive innovation infrastructure, with over 300 industrial parks, creative spaces, and incubation centers established by 2022. The city boasts 14 software industry demonstration buildings, 4 industrial design clusters, 41 cultural industry parks, 307 creative spaces, 99 technology enterprise incubators, and 6 university-linked innovation ecosystems, offering a combined incubation area exceeding 9 million square meters that can support over 60,000 creative design enterprises. 

Complementing these facilities, Chongqing is home to more than 30 science popularization bases in the creative field, 5 national industrial heritage sites, and 9 municipal industrial heritage sites, while currently developing the Chongqing Industrial Museum to further promote public engagement with industrial culture and heritage.
